Marina Barrage

滨海堤坝 is the local Saturday. PUB built the dam that turned Marina Bay into a reservoir. The Green Roof and public areas are 24 hours. Bring a mat. No tables, no chairs, no cordons, no banners, no night kite-flying, no ball games on the roof. Water Playground @ Marina Barrage: Mon/Wed/Fri 12:30–21:00. Tue/Thu/Sat/Sun 09:00–21:00. It closes on heavy rain or lightning. Call 6514 5959 before you go. The Sustainable Singapore Gallery is closed on Tuesday. Barrage Cove kite shop: Wed–Thu 16:00–19:00, Fri 14:00–19:00, Sat–Sun and public holidays 09:30–19:00, Mon–Tue closed. Gardens by the Bay MRT (TE22) is the station. Bay East Garden is next door, 24 hours. This is an attraction. Tourists who only do Marina Bay Sands miss it.
