Clubpets is moving its annual pet lifestyle expo into the largest single footprint it has ever used at Marina Bay Sands. SG Pet Festival 2026 runs Friday 31 July to Sunday 2 August across Level 1 Halls A, B, and C plus Basement 2 Hall D at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre, the same Bayfront complex that hosts most of the city''s biggest trade shows. The organiser confirms more than 300 booths and over 800 brands from Singapore and 11 other countries, and expects more than 36,000 attendees over the three days. Entry for pets is free.
That scale puts it firmly in the "largest pet event in Singapore" bracket, and the four-hall layout means you should plan a circuit rather than wander. Friday opens at noon; Saturday and Sunday both start at 10am, with all three days closing at 8pm.
The headline: an 8th TICA cat show with 27 cats up for adoption
The most time-specific reason to pick a particular day is the cat show. Feline Club Singapore runs the 8th TICA Cat Show on Saturday 1 August 2026 inside the festival, an all-breed and specialty championship judged to The International Cat Association standard. The same show floor doubles as an adoption drive: 27 kittens and cats are listed for adoption on the day, so if you arrive mid-morning you have the best shot at meeting them before the crowd thickens.
Beyond the TICA ring, the festival''s standard programme runs across all three days. Workshops cover grooming, pet nutrition, first aid, and obedience training with named experts. Contests include pet fashion shows, obedience challenges, and costume competitions, and an exotic pets zone brings in reptiles, birds, amphibians, and small mammals for visitors who do not keep cats or dogs. Pet-friendly F&B vendors operate inside the hall so you can stay all day without leaving your animal outside.
Tickets: cheap, and pets enter free
SG Pet Festival has historically kept entry pricing low, and the official RSVP terms confirm the 2025 baseline: a One-Day Pass at S$6, a Three-Day Pass at S$12, and a VIP Express Pass (three-day) at S$18 with priority queue access and a guaranteed exclusive tote bag. Children 1 metre tall and under do not need a ticket. 2026 pricing had not been published on the RSVP page at the time of writing, so check the official RSVP link in the Practical Details for the live figure before you book.
The VIP Express Pass is worth it if you are going on Saturday when the TICA show pulls the biggest crowd. It buys you the express queue, which on past years has saved 30 to 45 minutes at peak, and it adds a car park ticket add-on at S$18 per day for three-day VIP holders only (a useful perk at Marina Bay Sands, where weekend parking fills early). Tote bag and pet treat redemptions are same-day only at the designated counter, so do not save them for later.
Getting in and around
Bayfront MRT (CE1/DT16) is the nearest station, connected to Sands Expo by sheltered walkways. From the station, follow the signs to the Convention Centre; the Level 1 halls and Basement 2 Hall D are both reachable from the main lobby lifts. If you are bringing a dog, note the festival''s posted rule that breeds listed in the Second Schedule of the Animals and Birds (Dog Licensing and Control) Rules must be muzzled on site, with fines up to S$5,000 for a first offence. Bring your own clean-up supplies; the organiser requires owners to manage their pet''s needs throughout the visit.
The festival is organised by Clubpets, Singapore''s longest-running pet-dedicated media company, together with Citrus Media. For exhibitor enquiries the team points to the official vendor enquiry page, and for attendees the RSVP portal is the single source of truth on tickets, prices, and terms.
