We are lucky to have met Orange 🍊at the boutique. She was very educational about the leathercare of crocodile skin products, the bagmaking process, the brand’s heritage, current promotions at MBS and custom clearance process for some countries. We are grateful for her top-notch service. She helped reserve bags for us, carried the shopping bags and even offered to send the goods to our place because I came during the night of the drone show (we politely declined) and had fight the huge crowd when going back. Such exceptional, above-and-beyond service coupled with excellent workmanship (stitchings are impeccably neat and even; and hardware is Italian) and ethically sourced crocodile leather (all farmed and certificate can be provided), Kwanpen deserves more recognition internationally. This is also a homegrown brand made locally in Singapore by local craftsmen.

Extremely disappointment experience at your good company KWANPEN. We visited the boutique which is considered a high end branding and expecting the level of service, but instead we were being treated as invisible. We had been left standing in the shop since entered till we walked in staff just stare at us. We would be fine if there is a family there to serve and just give us an acknowledging us or offering us assistance , however all 3 - 4 staff are on the group chit chatting with them bowing down and so on.. Meanwhile we waited rather quite awhile even without basic respect, we decided not to wait and took the bag of the rack and view it ourself, this time one lady came over with unpleasant look and wanting to take the bag away from me, on our view is to check if our item would be able to fit in to the bag and colour available. Sales responded we might have to check if the colour stock is available alright that was still fine , till we stood there waiting, thought she might show us other size , design. But not she just stood there not wanting to serve us and mentioned second and third time have to check. We replied as well kindly check it for us, most shocking was she drag out the tag mention 10k , again she said 10,000 in SGD. Finally she brought in to follow behind her, what was shocking was she totally ignore us and went on to the chit chat session while we stood there looking at her & her colleague with the other family. At the same time your good company staff & that family stared at us, worse of all your staff seems to be in need of tips dashing pass of us and rushed over to get it and done a deep bow! We left your good company premise by our own, not forgetting staff was rude enough to grab back the bag using her hand gloves to wipe the bag, just because we touched it. Seriously, KWANPEN have to improve its service standard. As if customers who aren't part of a specific group not worth their attention. Thank you for the memorable experience, we head over to Hermes and service was far apart and brought much more quality crocodile/alligator leather products from them.

Being a Singaporean myself, understanding the Kwanpen brand's history makes the shopping experience a whole lot more meaningful The store staffs were very welcoming and attended very patiently to our every queries and needs. They gave us knowledgeable feedbacks and opinions on the Kwanpen croc walles and bags we were looking at. With excellent service and first-hand feeling the quality of the goods, we entrusted ourselves with this luxury home grown brand! ps: shout-out to the entire MBS team for their excellent dedication to their brand and service! cheers!
