Was attended by a very nice Chinese lady but I do not recall her name unfortunately. (But she hails from Klang, Malaysia!) I tried on a couple of my favourite Hangisi and she was very patient and kind despite me walking out with purchasing. Even assured me that she will be there in case I change my mind and decide to come back. Thank you, for making me feel comfortable in your store ☺️

What a fabulous experience at this store. Having a size 42 shoe size means I can’t usually buy shoes in Asia but the ladies here went out of their way to show me everything they had and were absolutely lovely. Highly recommend the customer service and the shoes are always beautiful

Bought a hangisi flat for wife as a surprise gift - noob buyer did not know selections and size - called shop to ask (cannot even get a phone pick up on another luxury shoe shop) - went on a text exchanges with Kanon who helpfully answered all my messages - with this - the shop experience was a breeze - serviced by Karen and Kanon - and they assured me on the size exchange - and helped by May and Kanon on another 2 visits with wife to get the right shoe. Excellent service - staff are patient and tips giving - thanks Karen and Kanon and May - this team, and the shoes, are the gems here.
