31/7/25 8:30pm - Visited the Tory Burch store recently and was left feeling quite disappointed by the lack of service. My friends and I walked in expecting a warm and welcoming atmosphere, but there was no greeting at all. The staff just stood at a distance, watching us from afar, but made no effort to approach or assist us. We browsed around the store for a while, clearly showing interest in the products, yet no one acknowledged our presence or offered any help. It felt cold and uninviting — not the level of service you would expect from a luxury brand like Tory Burch. A simple “hello” or “let us know if you need any help” would’ve gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience made us feel unwelcome and discouraged us from making any purchases. Definitely not the kind of service we’d return for.
