Vance was very patient and showed me every piece of items I expressed interest in. He didnt rush me off though another client visited him out of the blue. He put good effort into wrapping my bag , rendering the unboxing fun. I'll be more motivated to re-visit the boutique with such quality services.

The SA assigned to us (Cindy) had an attitude and came across disinterested and arrogant. She only bothered to take out 2 bags after i told her what type of bag I was looking for. My husband and I ended up going around the store ourselves to check out different designs. The only thing she could tell us were the colours available, no effort whatsoever in giving recommendations. Horrible service! What an embarrassment to the brand. Ended up making a purchase at Dior since their SA took the time to show us different options and styles that would complement me. Attitude really matters when you’re in the service line.
