Huge thanks to Melody and Lexie for their outstanding service! I initially stepped in just to browse, but Melody’s patience, professionalism, and deep product knowledge quickly won me over. She helped me try on multiple sizes and styles, thoughtfully introducing details about each piece that ultimately led to a meaningful and satisfying purchase. Lexie was equally attentive—she kindly let me try on a stunning ring from the front window display just to admire it (see photo—it was absolutely breathtaking!). Both Melody and Lexie also took the time to clearly explain the duty refund process and offered genuinely helpful suggestions from the customer’s perspective. This was my first time purchasing from Chaumet, and I walked away not only with a beautiful piece but also a wonderful impression of the brand. I’ll definitely be back—and I highly recommend seeking out Melody and Lexie for an exceptional experience!

I got my first designer jewelries here at Chaumet. I stepped into the store wearing nothing special, yet the staffs treated me very nicely without prejudice, unlike other stores who would not let me try many jewelries. I’m very grateful for the hospitality. Thank you Bryan for assisting me through different shopping occasions. He is an exceptional sales associate. Will definitely come back again for more.

We had a very pleasant 2-hour visit to Chaumet, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service we received. A big thank you to Raymond, who made us feel genuinely welcome and completely at ease from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, free from the formality or sense of intimidation that can sometimes come with visiting luxury boutiques. Raymond’s professionalism, friendliness, and incredible patience made all the difference. I brought my elderly mother along, and he ensured she was comfortable and well looked after throughout our visit. In the end, it was this outstanding level of care and hospitality that made our decision easy—we chose to make our purchase of bridal jewelry with Chaumet instead of exploring other brands, and Chaumet is very fortunate to have someone like Raymond representing the brand. (A special thanks as well to Lexi, whose kind and attentive service helped round off the experience in a very positive way!)

Very disappointed at Chaumet. I even planned to get my wedding rings there knowing most of their rings are handmade and their diamonds are of better quality. But look at how long the ring could last (bought it on the 17th of September and the link with diamonds on it fell off yesterday, 25th of October). I was heartbroken because me and my bf hopped that it could last for long time if not for life as it’s a token of our love. I also have friends who got it as their wedding rings and just imagine if their wedding ring broke (how auspicious!!). I brought the broken ring back to the boutique and requested for refund. My reasons are: 1. If they get this ring repaired, how can they make sure it doesn’t break again? Rings are supposed to last for life, especially wedding band (yes this is a wedding band). 2. If I get another design, I would still be worried about the quality and if this new ring would also have some parts fall off after awhile. Updated on 8 Dec 2020: However, I was told that refund is not guaranteed and that they need to send the ring back to Paris for further inspection. To avoid waiting for months (Paris was under lockdown), bf and I decided to get another design from them instead of continuing this debate with Chaumet on whether they should refund us. Was a utterly unpleasant experience and I would not recommend the Liens Evidence series if you’re thinking of getting a ring.
