Staff provided very good service. I understand that Madeleine will be moving over to another outlet effective October 2025. It would be great if she could stay on at Estee Lauder MBS. I value her service very much. She has good knowledge of the products and very good with facial service as well.

Always enjoyed shopping here, the staff specially Li Wei is very professional and knowledgeable of Estee's products and provide wonderful service. Kudos to the facial therapist as well
