Came in to purchase a gift for my mum. One staff standing at cashier look at me, no greetings not even a smile and directly look me in the eye. Nvm that so I looked around and waited for service. Non existent. There was only one other customer. Probably thinking I can’t afford your products lol. I have a so called competitor brand Trollbeads and they have better service than this. Was looking forward to getting Pandora for my mum, I guess I bring my money elsewhere. No customer service at all.

Bought my 1 year old baby a bracelet and I’m very impressed with Isabelle’s service. She has this friendly and warm personality. My daughter remained calm around her. Definitely i’ll be back again! Thank you for being genuine.

RUDE STAFF, BAD ATTITUDE AND ABSOLUTE BADDDD EXPERIENCE with PANDORA MBS!!!!! should just FIRE these two ladies especially the chinese middle aged lady. they had event and we wanted to participate in it but both were so Busy chitchatting and gossiping (talking bad) about the previous customer staff was so inattentive and didn’t care about the customer’s presence as seen in picture when shown our lucky draw post, we had to WAIT FOR THEM to finish gossiping then they attend to us when we just stood beside them…… we proceeded to play them game with NO instruction and nothing so we assumed it’s a free play until win but after i played 2 tries, middle aged chinese lady came to scold me and say no more games because 1 person 1. it’s not what she said but THE WAY she said it was sooooo rude and uncalled for…. if you not happy then don’t work. AND you GOSSIP about ME to your colleague IN FRONT OF ME???? ZERO PROFESSIONALISM….. maybe you should guide your customers and be clear about the games/ lucky draw before you let them play the game then the customers will be able to PLAY PROPERLY. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE, BAD ATTITUDE! PANDORA, TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY! should just FIRE this chinese lady (in picture)! still dare ROLL EYES and gossip about me. (we never raise voice or anything and we’re very polite/ apologetic about it). BAD ATTITUDE! JUST QUIT/ GET FIRED!!!!!
