Very professional service rendered. We asked for recommendation and we got it. In less than 20min we decided and purchased our luggage. Sales man also offered to help change the lock password. No complaints.

Received very good service from the staff despite only enquiring about the luggages. Staff answered all my questions with grace, and even showed me the luggage when I asked if I could take a look at it. Thank you. (:
