Dreadful, crowded and small. Full range of hot teas on menu but can’t provide any of them because “we have no hot water”. It would be great if you could take it off the menu so people don’t queue for a long time for nothing.

A good addition in the GBTB area, great for a quick bite before or after you visit the main attractions. Unfortunately, the outlet is pretty small and squeezy, but turnover is fast enough to wait and get some seats. Food and drinks and overall consistent as well.

There were many people here but we managed to secure seats inside. Beside us, people were loud in their “meeting”. I overheard they met through an online app. Its quite awkward to hear them introducing each of their names.
