I was assisted by Hirzi, Immanuel and Micheal who have been very supportive and helpful in getting my bag repaired. The service they have had provided are top notch and should be commended. Despite the lack of time to complete the repairs, they were very professional and compassionate in their assistance.

Had an awesome experience there with Sue. The backpack I was looking for was sold out almost everywhere, but they had it in stock. The assistance and experience was flawless, even the tax refund was managed and everything went perfect. 10 stars for Sue!
